The Cathy is an express ticket to cool, beautiful comfort. It has a pretty ruffle flounce that frames the face and adds a touch of whimsy to this dress or top. Can't you just hear the steel drums off in the distance as we salute the sun and celebrate our fabulous youth? Whether a casual top or a long dress for the beach, this is one item of clothing the girls will wear again and again. Made with Sis Boom Fabrics, the jewel tones light up our children's lives with color and playfulness.
This design sews up very quickly and easily, and is just perfect for beginners. Dimensions/instructions are included for adding both single and double-edged ruffles to the bottom of the top/dress.
