You can make this adorable bloomer in sizes 0-5T. The wide range of sizes is because this can be turned into shorts if you do not add the leg elastic!

In this pdf pattern I will show you how to create the bloomers and the three styles of ruffles with many color photos and step by step instructions! The diaper covers are adorable by themselves without any ruffles, with all tulle, ruffles sewn down the center, or at the top for a more skirt like appearance, or do all three as shown in the pictures! You will have so many options!

I wanted to make a friend some bloomers for her little girls. We are both Star Wars fanatics and I think these came out great! Super easy pattern to follow. I did the quick pattern.
