I was very excited about this pattern. However, the paper size required to print is A4 and we use letter by default in the US. As a result all my patterns are of wrong measurement. i made the largest size hoping it would fit my 18 month old daughter but it didn't. I will now have to resize all the patterns according to regular infant foot sizes on photoshop I guess. I wish the maker of the pattern could have provided an option for a printout in letter size. I was really dissappointed by the sizing.
You can set the option for printing to not scale.
These are really cute shoes. I first saw them from a free tutorial and have used that to make them - identical as far as I can tell. :)
Why not make these adult size.

I'm not sure this is 'novice' level. There are a few instructions missing for the truly new sewers. I also found that the pinning is far from easy, and I've been sewing for 25 years!
Missing instructions: Right sides together when sewing the top pieces. Clip the corners before reversing and pressing the top. Put wrong sides together for the sole pieces when pinning the bottom to the top.I also found that the best way to pin the top and bottom is to find the center of the curve tops and pin them both to the top of the toe, then proceed to pin the rest of the foot going around.Best note for beginners: Make one in the largest size first using scrap material.
I have the adult size :-) I'll upload it to the shop today! Thanks!
These aare so cute. I hate shoes but these would be great to wear in the halls of my apt. building.
This pattern is great! A quick and easy project that uses up those little bits of favourite fabric that you just can not throw out. I'm on a roll and making them for all my friends babies
Sounds great :-)
Love this pattern! I have orders from the smallest granddaughter to my husband!
Wow! Then I need to grade a men's zises too :-)
