Pattern Description:

The Aivilo Reversible Skirt is customizable for girls and ladies - you can even choose the length and style (from a sleek A-line to Twirly). It features fun, feminine stripes - but it can also be made with just one patterned or solid colored fabric for a simpler look. It is easy to sew but due to the customizability, there are a few calculations to make, so it's probably best for at least advanced beginners who won't be intimidated by that.

You can use a rotary cutter and mat to quickly cut your strips, or easily make your own custom pattern piece with your measurements.

Specific skills learned with this project include practicing basic sewing skills, making a casing for the elastic waistband, and attaching trim.

Custom fit depending on wearer's measurements - makes all sizes from babies to ladies including plus size & maternity

Materials:

Focus fabric (amount depends on wearer's size)
Lining fabric (amount depends on wearer's size)
ric-rac (at least 1" wide) or lace (at least 1 1/2" wide) (actual yardage depends on wearer's size) - trim should not have a wrong side since this is a reversible skirt & both sides will show
1 yard of 3/4" wide elastic
