Pattern Description:

Your little darling is going to look adorable in this super stylish and versatile belted skirt. This Four Season's Skirt Pattern is so easy, you can sew her one for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Or make her just one skirt and a couple of belts to change the look - a belt with her favorite character on it or in her favorite color, a belt for the holidays and other special events.

The skirt features an elastic waistband with oversized belt loops and two belts options: a bow belt for dressy occasions or a tie belt for every day. It can be made out of cotton, cotton blends, gingham or seersucker for casual spring and summer wear. Try a wool, wool blend, corduroy or a plaid for a preppy look for fall and winter. You can use almost any fabric even denim, faux leather and many special occasion fabrics so the possibilities are endless!

I started teaching others to sew over 25 years ago so I created this pattern with the novice in mind. If you're brand new to sewing or are familiar with commercial patterns, you're going to love this pattern!

Coming from a family of 10 children, I learned I could make unique and inexpensive clothing that produced lots of compliments from family and friends. Also, a trip to the fabric store was precious one on one time with Mom! She was my first sewing teacher, ...
