This detailed PDF Pattern with full color photographs will guide you step by step through the process of sewing your own "Tina" purse! This is a great project for the average crafty sewist. Not recommended as a first sewing project, but not too difficult. Intermediate sewers with some experience will be able to sew this fun purse.
Don't let the zipper scare you away, the installation is SUPER easy with professional results.
This large purse will hold all your treasures, toss in diapers, a tablet, most anything for a day on the town!
The contrast options in the Tina Pattern let you make the creative purse of your dreams! The pattern includes three variations for a custom bag. Zippers are showing up everywhere in fashion, View B adds a decorative zipper accent in the seaming on the front where the contrasting fabrics are joined. View C adds a fabric band with decorative rings threaded on for that designer look.
Mix and match prints, or add a faux leather or suede to the side panels, so many ways to express your personality!
An easy zipper installation allows you to close your purse securely so nothing will fall out. The inside of the purse is fully lined and no raw edges are exposed.
The pattern instructs you how to make straps from fabric, or if desired, you can buy ready-made handles from the fabric or craft store to save stitches and time.
Show your creativity with the Tina Purse pattern.
