I love the excitement of designing and stacks of fabric bolts give me a quiet little thrill! Knitting is my nirvana. The click clack of the needles is both soothing and peaceful. It quietens a busy mind and lulls me into another world full of possibilities or nothing in particular!!! When I hang out on Ravelry and Flickr I am known as Knitting Maide. When time allows I love reading, veggie gardening, watching tv. And I try to never, ever miss an opportunity to yell and cheer as the football, soccer, cricket and ballet Mum.
