This SoChick! Market Tote Sewing Pattern is ideal for the intermediate sewist. Play with fun and fresh fabrics to create a unique Market Tote perfect for running errands or a day at the beach. Makes a great gift, too!

This tote features two easy-to-sew interior sleeve pockets to keep you organized, and the large side panels can be folded in or left open for two different looks.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

15"W (at base) x 14 1/2"H x 5"D

Materials:

44"/45" Wide Quilting Cotton and light-medium weight home decor fabric (54"-60" wide) are recommended for this project.
Fabric A: 1/2 yd (Quilting Cotton)
Fabric B: 3/4 yd (Quilting Cotton)
Lining Fabric: 1/2 yd of 60" home dec fabric (or 1 yd Quilting Cotton)
Woven Fusible Interfacing: 1 1/2 yd (or 3 yd if using quilting cotton for your lining)
Cotton Canvas (60" wide): 1/2 yd
Sewing Machine, Iron, Ironing Board, Pressing Cloth, Ruler, Cutting Mat and tools, Marking Pen (or chalk), etc. (Basic sewing tools)
