I made this purse for myself using fabrics from Sis Boom's Girls World Vibe. I loved the style, and made a second one as a special order. I made a third one to create the pattern, when I was asked if I planned to sell the pattern.
This is a great size purse if you like something medium sized - it's just right for me!
You can choose some great fabrics for this purse - and the coordinating fabrics add interest to the basic patchwork.
There is an inside zipper pocket, and the top is zip close. If you have made purses before and want to make this without those items, it should be easily adaptable, although those instructions are not included.

I grew up in one of those families where all the women sewed, crocheted, quilted, etc. So it was just natural that I would learn too. And I love it!
I took a few years off from sewing while I was in college, but once I got my first professional job, I found that I could make a lot of my outfits and it was fun too.

I've made clothing - I made my own wedding dress - along with lots of fun things for my nieces when they were small. I do some home decor items - I do occasional work for a local interior decorator, along with my own house as well as for friends and neighbors.
Finally, I love to make purses and accessories - I love to put zippers in items.
