Pattern Description:

This is my personal bestseller. I have made over 200 and have customized the design for various groups and companies. It's also a great gift idea!

You sew an 18-inch (opened) zipper around the edge of a printed panel (with company logo, family name, just a pretty design, etc.).

Then sew the zippered panel onto the front of the water repellent nylon tote bag.

Now you have, not only a pocket on the front of your bag, but also a tote bag that folds up into a little zippered pouch.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

This big tote bag (approx. 17"H x 14"W x 6"D) folds into a 7" x 3.5" pouch that can easily fit into a purse or be left in the glove compartment.

Materials:

You will need: 20 x 44" water repellent nylon; 52" of 1"-wide strapping; 1-8.5" square of cotton gabardine or canvas for pouch; 18" zipper; thread to match nylon and zipper;.
