Hi, thank you for this lovely pattern. I am sewing a muslin but I am in need of further instructions. How does the side cap piece line up with the Upper cap piece. The upper cap piece is bigger. Do I have to do any easing of the side cap piece to get it to line up? Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello,
Sorry for your problem.

I measure the lines again on my software, and I confirm that the lengths on both lines are same (+- under 0,8mm). So, there are no ease.
Maybe you connected wrong lines?? I added an extra photo for explanation, please refer it.

Also please check again the width of seam allowance. the seam allowance of my pattern is 1,2cm. If you use incorrect width, the lengths will not match up.

I hope it will help you.
If you still have any question, please contact me.
Thanks again for using my pattern.

I am so confused about your instructions.. I have it sewn what I see to be correct but either I am missing a step or something. I can not figure out what to do with the sides and I have the front now to deal with that I have no idea where it attaches. I do not know where to attach the brim as there is no place at the moment to do so. Please advise. Thanks

I hope it will help you.
Many people sewed it up with the original instruction without problem, so it will be OK.
