Pattern Description:

This was the most popular bag from my finished goods handbag line, now made fully reversible for this sewing pattern. This bag features contrasting fabric godets and is easy to make. Complete with color diagrams and easy instructions.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 17"w x 12"h x 6"d


  • 1 1/4 yard each, fabric and contrasting fabric for outside and reverse panels and outside and reverse bag bottom. 1/ 1/2 yards if directional
  • 3/4 yard each, fabric and contrasting fabric for outside and reverse godets/traingles and top band. 1 yard if directional
  • 1/2 yard each fabric and contrasting fabric for casing and pockets
  • 1/4 yard for strap and ties
  • 1 1/4 yard fusible fleece
  • 2 yards woven cotton fusible interfacing

You Will Also Need:

  • magnetic purse closure
  • one large sheet of plastic canvas (found in the needleworks area of your craft store)
