This bag is reminiscent of a camisole, with a rounded neckline and thin straps.
Made from two fat quarters of fabric or scraps, this handy little bag has one pocket on the outside and one on the inside.
Small darts give the base of the bag some shape, but may be eliminated, as desired.
Construction is simple, but can be jazzed up with fabric selections or embellishments such as beads, buttons or fancy trims.
Instructions and patterns are included for two sizes: a small woman's hand bag and a smaller, child size bag.
Inspired by the beauty of nature and a desire to recreate it in some way, it keeps me designing and creating art. Whether a quilt, a handbag or a label, I enjoy the processes involved in many different mediums.
