Pattern Description:

The contrast options in the Amelia Pattern let you make the creative purse of your dreams! The pattern includes instructions for a pleated body or flat body and optional fabric flower embellishment.

If a large print is your focus, use the flat body version to highlight the fabric. Using a smaller print or interesting texture? Use the pleat version to add style. If you want extra punch, add fabric flowers with decorative button centers for a one of a kind bag.

An easy zipper installation allows you to close your purse securely so nothing will fall out. The inside of the purse is fully lined and no raw edges are exposed.

The pattern instructs you how to make straps from fabric, or if desired, you can buy ready-made handles from the fabric or craft store and use those to save stitches and time.
