- Stitch a straight 1/4" seam, and use a rotary cutter with rulers
Pattern Description:
This modern string-style quilt comes together SUPER quick thanks to ultra-convenient jelly strips and a time-saving "tube piecing" technique. A perfect beginner-friendly design, that's easily do-able in just one afternoon! Want a larger quilt? Simply double the pattern to make a twin size.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 43" X 51.5" (86" X 103" option available as well)
Materials:
- 1 jelly roll (this quilt uses 30 2.5" X width of fabric strips) 3 3/4 yards for backing (3 yds if you don't mind your seam on a horizontal) 1/3 yard for binding crib size lightweight cotton batting (at least 49" X 57.5") matching cotton thread

- sewing machine, iron, rotary mat, rotary cutter, rulers, including a large square ruler
