Pattern Description:

This pattern is designed for beginning machine applique quilters. It is a very easy quilt and requires only 3 fabrics; a background and backing fabric, a snowflake fabric, and a binding fabric. Materials:

  • 5 1/2 yards of a mottled blue fabric (background and backing)
  • 2 1/2 yards of a print fabric of your choice for the snowflakes
  • 1/2 yard of a dark color (binding and squares that are part of the sashing)
  • 4 yards of fusible web that is 17" wide
  • 60" x 60" quilt batting

You Will Also Need:

  • Rotary cutter and mat
  • Scissors
  • Stapler
