Shaun the Sheep Completed quilt block

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Paper piecing

Pattern Description:

Shaun the Sheep is a favorite of children and adults alike. Now you can create a small wall hanging or Shaun the Sheep-inspired quilt with this 10" paper pieced block.

This pattern is simple enough for an advanced beginner, and contains only a few small pieces. You can leave his face blank, as I have here, or you can embroider on some eyes if you prefer. The pattern also includes a template for a 7" block. The pattern is black and white, so you will have to compare the blank pattern pieces to the colored key to complete the design.

Hopefully this will be the first in a series of Shaun the Sheep-inspired blocks, so be sure to check back later for more!
