Pattern Description:

This is a fabulous block to use up all of your favorite scraps that you can't seem to part with! Also a great way to create a huge splash of color to a new quilt or pillow, or whatever you are making! Mix up the colors any way you want to create a variety of effects!

This pattern does not include paper piecing instructions. There are a lot of paper piecing instructions all over the web. I will also be creating my own instructions with my tips and tricks on my blog soon.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Finished block 12" x 12"
Unfinished block 12.5" by 12.5"

Materials:

Fabric Scraps - 1.25" or wider, between 2" and 6" long (64 strips total for one block)
(8) pieces of background fabric - at least 5" x 3"
(4) squares of fabric for the center - at least 3.5" by 3.5"
paper - 4 sheets for one block

You Will Also Need:

scissors
rotary cutter
ruler (preferably min 12" long)
self healing cutting mat
thread
sewing machine
printer
glue stick
pins
any other basic sewing supplies
