This type of storage tote is available for purchase in a number of locations, but the price made me crazy and I wanted to give them as part of the gift when giving a quilt. I am also one of those people who like things to match.
I made these for my quilting friends for xmas and used the hint you will find in there about making your own ribbon to make the matching ribbon gift wrap.
Quilting friends can always use an extra storage bag to protect their valuable quilts.

Materials:

Sewing machine, liquid starch, small paint brush.
1 yard 100% cotton fabric muslin or print
1 piece heavy weight clear plastic 5"x7"
4"xwof contrast fabric for handles and trim on pocket
