Pattern Description:

Someone helped me make one of these many years ago. I've enjoyed using it to store my hand quilting supplies for my current project. I wanted to share the pattern with my friends!

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Closed: 6 1/2" X 7 1/2"

Materials:

  • Sewing machine
  • Scraps or fat quarters: 2 for the inside and around 10-11 for the outside and bindings
  • Felt; a good quality, 4 1/2" x 6"
  • One shanked button
  • 2-9" zippers
  • Batting and muslin; 9" X 15" each
  • Thread to match and/or contrast
  • Ribbon, thin to fit in the zipper pulls; 8"
