Making a quilt for a man is tricky. You don't want anything feminine and there is a lot of that in the quilting world. Well here is the quilt for your man.
It's an easy quilt and the technique to get the half square triangles is really easy.
It fits great on a Queen Size bed. And it also looks great on a wall if you like to hang them.

I started quilting in 2009. My mother owns a quilt shop in Wickenburg, AZ and she hired me on to run the shop. I started quilting in 2009. My mother owns a quilt shop in Wickenburg, AZ and she hired me on to run the shop. She went to a quilt show and left me with cut pieces of fabric, a pattern and a 5 minute run down on how to use the sewing machine. With that I made my first quilt with very little mistakes. After that I was hooked. Since then I've made 31 quilts and a few purses. We had to make shop samples of quilts to show off the fabric we had and I didn't like the patterns that would come from the manufacturers so I tried designing my own. People loved the detail I put into my patterns and how versatile the patterns are. I was hooked and now love to design. In 2011 I was inducted into the Arizona Quilters Hall of Fame. One of the quilts I designed won a viewers choice award in a Wickenburg quilt show. Now living in Vernal, UT I'm a stay at home mom to my 2 year old daughter and an avid quilter. I'm continuing designing and hope to sell my patterns. To spread the joy of quilting to all generations with versatile patterns in all ranges of difficulty. I hope you find them as wonderful as I do and help me continue my dream of making a living being a Quilt Designer. Enjoy and please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
