Look complicated? It's not! This hip zigzag quilt comes together in a flash thanks to easy-peasy half-square triangles. Let the fabrics you choose give your quilt a personality of it's own- from punk rock, to uptown chic, to pretty in pink- it'll be perfect for your little punkin!
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Crib- 35.5" X 48.5" Throw- 48.5" X 60.5"
Materials:
- 1 1/4 yard highlighter green (or any color you choose) (1 1/8th yds for throw) 1/2 yard white (3/4 yd for throw) 3/4 yard grey (1 1/4 yd for throw) 1/2 yard black (3/4 yd for throw) 1 1/2 yards for backing (4 yds for throw) 1/2 yard for binding crib size lightweight cotton batting (or appropriate size for throw) matching cotton thread Basic quilting supplies- sewing machine, rotary mat, rulers, and cutter

Amy grew up in a creative, artistic 4-H family of musicians, bakers, and sewers, and can't remember a time when she wasn't creating art with her hands. At 12 years old, she stumbled into quilting via a local charity group, and it was truly love at first stitch.
Amy is the instructor of the 2012 Block of the Month quilting series right here on Craftsy, and her work has been featured by Fat Quarterly, Moda Bake Shop, Sew Mama Sew, Burda Style, Pink Castle Fabrics, Sew Lux Fabrics, and Money Saving Mom.
