(7) Name: 'Quilting : Illusion

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • There is a lot of dealing with the bias. Blocks can easily stretch out of shape if worked with too much.

Pattern Description:

Illusion was one of those types of designs that was fun to play around with and what I got in the end was something of seeing stars. The Illusion quilt is an fast and easy constructed quilt that will entertain the masses not to mention keep any modern art lover thrilled to the gills!

So my question to all of you out there, is do you see the Illusion in the quilt?

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 70" x 76"


  • One black jelly roll, one white jelly roll, Creative Grids 90 degree 4 1/2 double strip ruler, rotary cutter, iron, ironing board, spray starch, and thread

You Will Also Need:

  • Optional extra fabric for the border
