Why "Glasgow" rose? Is is from a MacIntosh design?
The design was inspired by my love of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. I love his pared down representations of nature and he used roses often in his decorative work. I took his idea and made my own version of a pared down rose, perfect for this type of patchwork.
Thank you very much for sharing this pattern with us. I just love the simple flow. I have always wanted to do stained glass but never done so yet. This has encouraged me to move it to the top of my "to do" list.
I simply love this simple but stunning design.
