Expo patchwork quilt by Kelli Fannin Expo Quilt Pattern

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • basic sewing and piecing knowledge

Pattern Description:

Expo is a colorful, kaleidoscope-ish two block quilt featuring stars and a secondary wreath pattern with a flower or sunburst pattern created in the negative space. It is a hefty 80 x 80 inch quilt when finished but the size can be adjusted by adding or subtracting blocks. For this reason, the cutting quantities are given for the 80x80 in. quilt, and also for each block separately. The per block cutting instructions can also come in handy should you choose to make a scrappy version of this quilt. It is chain piecing and die cutter friendly. I would consider this pattern to be closer to intermediate level due to the number of pieces. Please feel free to message me with any questions that arise. Happy Quilting!

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 80 x 80 in.

  • sewing machine
  • rotary cutter and mat
  • basic sewing/quilting tools
