This little quilt truly is easy as pie and reversible, too! It's the perfect project for a summer afternoon, for a beginner's first quilt, or a last minute gift. The directions are complete to take you step by step to a finished quilt. This pattern comes with directions for a super-fast ruffled edge or a traditional double fold binding finish.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 20 x 22 inches

Materials:

  • 1 charm pack of 10 - 5 inch (12.7cm) squares OR cut 10- 5 inch (12.7cm) squares of cotton fabric
  • 2 fat quarters (18 x 21 inches or 45 x 53 cm) cotton fabric
  • 1 piece 20 x 22 inches (51 x 56cm) cotton batting for the middle layer of the quilt OR substitute any same size piece of flannel.
  • 3 jelly roll strips (2 1/2 inches x 44 inches) OR 1/4 yard fabric (You only need the strips or yardage if you choose traditional double fold binding).

You Will Also Need:

  • sewing machine
  • scissors, thread, ruler
  • straight pins
