The original Circle of Geese pattern! This design was one of my earliest paper piecing patterns, and since its appearance on my website piecebynumber.com in 2000, it's easily the most popular of any of my designs. The block has a classic yet modern simplicity which lends itself to a wide variety of fabric prints and colors, Plus it's easy to sew!
Craftsy teacher Amy Gibson includes this block in her Craftsy Block of the Month on-line video class -- even beginners will get great results with this block following her excellent demonstration and instruction.
The PDF includes pattern pieces for geese circling both clockwise and counter-clockwise, for 12" finished block sizes.
