Pattern Description:

This listing is for the 12 inch AND 18 inch Cathedrals Collection. There are listings also for 12 inch only, and 18 inch only. All patterns are also sold individually in each size.

The Cathedrals Collection is a set of three blocks, all based off of the same design. Cathedrals is the main block, combining both designs of Cathedral Squares and Cathedral Corners. This pattern contains ALL THREE patterns. Bundle and save with the Cathedrals Collection!

Though this blocks is complex, the piecing goes quickly. The trickiest part is joining the segments at the very end. The pattern pieces have been designed in a manner, that by trimming the corners and points, it comes together seamlessly and lines up with little effort.

This pattern includes:
:: Basic instructions for creating all three Cathedral blocks.
:: Patterns for each, for a 12 inch finished block
:: Patterns for each block, for an 18 inch finished block
:: Cutting templates for all patterns in both sizes.
:: Coloring pages, of a single block and a repeat of all patterns.

Coloring pages are a great way to plan your block before cutting into your fabric. Cutting templates make piecing your block easier, quicker, make for minimal fabric waste, and are a great tool for fussy cutting your fabrics! (Simply cut out the center of the template and you have the perfect sized window for aligning your fabric.)

This pattern is a little more difficult, not for the paper piecing aspect, but for the joining of the final pattern segments only.
