  • Thread a needle
  • Sew by hand with needle and thread

This age old traditional quilting technique is as easy as it is attractive. Whether you're a beginner or an old hand at stitching, you'll love this simple pincushion. A perfect take along project for those days when you're on a plane, a ferry, in the car, or just because! And when it's done, it's done! No batting, no binding, no quilting. How easy is that!!

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 4 inch square pincushion


  • 2-2 inch squares of your "window pane" fabric
  • 2- 8 1/2 inch squares of your main fabric
  • a handfull of stuffing

You Will Also Need:

  • Hand sewing needle
  • Thread to match your main fabric
  • Straight pins
  • A pair of scissors
