Pattern Description:

I love making modern quilts with traditional roots. This quilt uses traditional block and sashing assembly in an on-point orientation. However, I love the smaller blocks cascading down like rain into the larger and darker blocks at the bottom of the quilt. I hope you have fun giving it a go! Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • approx. 50" x36"

Materials:

  • (56) 5" charm pack squares OR (45) 5" squares, (5) 3" squares, and (6) 2.75" squares.
  • 1 1/4 yards of background fabric (40" WOF).

You Will Also Need:

  • Rotary cutter, cutting mat, & ruler OR scissors and pencil.
  • Iron & ironing board
  • Pins
  • Sewing machine & thread
