Pattern Description:

The Day at the Beach Petite Applique Pattern is one of a series of Dainty Petite Applique patterns. The Day at the Beach Applique incorporates three pattern pieces. You create a fully completed front of a top with pleats and rick rack and a beach hat with rick rack. This applique is a good use for your scrap fabric and trim. The pattern fits an approximate 8" square of fabric; however, the pattern is sizable up or down depending on your preference. The finished dress is a hand applique process to a quilt square, garment, purse, jacket or item of your choice. You can also frame the applique. The pattern is versatile and construction in many combinations of fabric and trim is possible. Try changing by lengthening the top and make it into a dress..
