There is shown a simple variant for combining letters.
With some calculations you can manage the whole top.
Add sun or stars at the corner or leave them as blank squares.
Some applique and hand stitching will make a great picture.
It can be sewn by Paper foundation , paper piecing or with freezer paper - use your favorite technique.
You will receive 26 letters, boys and girls patterns and a color illustration of the above quilt plus black white mirror version, numbered and ready for sewing plus instructions for assembling the block. Just print it and start!
This is NOT a complete pattern - no fabric yardages or instructions are provided to make the quilt.
Each quilt pattern is 3" (7.6 cm) square block .
Need other size? You can read how to change very fast and easy here:
http://3patchcrafts.blogspot.com/2012/05/how-to-change-size-of-block.html
The size of the whole quilt depends of sashing stripes between letters.

Imagine I have had scissors only and an old household sewing machine.
No mat. No rotary cutter. I have not seen any video how to make it easier.
I made the runner my way and began to read tips, techniques, tutorials.
At the end of last year I won first quilt competition in my country with first prize Bernina sewing machine.
Now with the power of Internet and social networks I have friends from all over the world.
I was nominated by the Modern Quilt Guild for 100 days of Modern quilting in week of composition.
My patterns are easy to sew. The pictures look primitive, because I believe that children have to cultivate their imagination. There are plenty of fabrics with perfect prints on.
Thank you for being my guest!
