Basic Skills Necessary:

  • All straight seams, with straight and bias edges; decent 1/4" seam accuracy with attention to not stretching bias seams. Fusible applique, or other applique method of your choice.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 50'' x 80''


  • Can be made from all cotton, or some shiny fabrics such as Radiance can be used for the sections that resemble metal. Approx 7 yards total fabric needed (see cutting chart for specifics)

You Will Also Need:

  • Fusible web if doing fusible applique, fusible lightweight interfacing if using silky fabrics.
