Pattern Description:
This PDF pattern is called "Vintage Skier." It is my original design based on imagery found in vintage ski posters. The finished block measures 10.5" x 14.5."
Pattern includes a numbered, colored diagram as well as mirror image pattern pieces, ready for foundation piecing. There are also a few helpful hints. Basic paper piecing directions are not included. This pattern is for the intermediate paper piecer. It does not have any Y seams or curves but there are many small pieces and seams to be matched.
This pattern may not be copied or distributed. Please ask friends to purchase their own pattern. You may sell items made from this pattern but please include a tag line reading "Pattern by Amy Friend, duringquiettime.blogspot.com." Permission is not granted to commercial mass production.

About the Designer
When I was a little girl, I said I wanted to grow up to be a mommy and an artist. I'd like to think that I am just that! I am the mother to three wonderful children ages 3, 7 and 10. I studied art and art history, worked as a museum collections curator, and am now a SAHM who enjoys expressing my creative side through quilting, sewing and fabric printing. I find time for this "during quiet time."
