Pattern Description:
Mug rugs are so much fun to make...and to use!
They make great gifts, too.
Follow this tutorial style pattern to create
a charming modern mug rug using the timeless
quilter's shape called the Tumbler!
Straight-line quilting updates this classic favorite.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Approximately 8" long x 11" wide
Materials:
- (7) Charm squares or 5" squares of fabrics
- (1) fat quarter of fabric for background and backing
- Various scraps for pieced backing
You Will Also Need:
- 8 1/4" x 12" piece of Pellon 987F fusible fleece or batting
- Optional: Easy Dresden Ruler by Darlene Zimmerman
