This series of 13 simple applique patterns appeared in newspapers in the United States. This delightful children's quilt includes all original text from 1932-33, full size patterns (9" finished), and directions for making the quilt (51" x 71"). The entire alphabet in large letters to fit the dimensions of this quilt is also included.
Bonus:A second smaller quilt, 41" x 41" is included. Using raw edge applique and a machine buttonhole stitch, I also changed the shape of the blocks by turning them into a snowball shape. A perfect child's quilt!
