Basic Skills Necessary:

  • You should know how to applique (hand or machine) and sew an accurate 1/4" seam.

Pattern Description:

Bring the beauty of the historic 1930s applique patterns into your home. This timeless pattern set of 20 blocks, The Memory Bouquet, can be made in soft colors or today's modern brights. If you love applique, this pattern is for you. The original text as it appeared in the Kansas City Star newspaper is included with each full-size block. Instructions for finishing the quilt with the sashings are also included. This prints out to over 40 pages, but you can select individual blocks and print out just what you need to work on.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 9" x 12" Blocks; 63" x 63" Quilt


  • Good quality cotton fabrics. All yardage amounts to make this quilt are included.

  • Sewing machine (optional); scissors, thread, template material
