This pattern is designed for sewing at any level - beginner to advanced.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 27" x 30"


  • 3/4 yd background fabric
  • 1/4 yd binding fabric
  • 1/2 yd total of scrap fabric
  • 3/4 yd backing fabric
  • 1 yd fusible web (such as Steam-a-Seam 2 lite)

You Will Also Need:

  • thread for applique stitching
  • thread for quilting

Excellent Christmas Tree Fun  October 18, 2012

This was so much fun to do. I added "strings of lights" swirled across the tree using multi-colored metallic thread and the star stitch on my machine. I just got it back today and have to add the binding.
