Basic Skills Necessary:

  • sewing 1/4" seams, quilting, binding a quilt

Pattern Description:

In designing this quilt I wanted to create something that could function as a baby quilt for both boys
and girls or just be a wonderful addition to a room. This quilt combines some of my favorite graphic
fabric store prints with vintage textiles, Japanese cottons, and a few hand dyes. It's scrappy, fresh,
and modern.
I've also made a second version combining cold and warm colored fabrics, making this a very versatile pattern.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 34" x 51"


  • 2 yards of assorted fabrics for top, 2 yards of fabric for backing, 1/2 yard of fabric for binding, 2 yards of cotton batting
