Pattern Description:

The Stitch and Slice Baby Quilt was crafted with a charm pack from the Flora fabric collection by Lauren and Jessi Jung.

This quilt is great for the first time quilter and will come together in an evening or two for more experienced quilters, with the end result being a lovely baby quilt measuring 38 inches square. This quilt consists of nine 13.5 inches square blocks and uses a disappearing nine-patch technique. Measurements were taken after two times in each the washer and dryer.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 38 inches square

  • One Charm Pack + an additional 3 five-inch square OR 45 scrappy five-inch squares
  • 3/4 yard of neutral fabric - the more contrast with the five-inch squares the better - the contrast really makes this quilt pop!
  • Backing - 1.5 yards of fabric
  • Binding - 10 inches coordinating fabric (four 2.5-inch WOF strips)
  • Batting - 44 inch square

You Will Also Need:

  • Rotary cutting tool, quilting ruler, cuting mat
