Pattern Description:
The design for this quilt floated around in my head for several months, before I decided to put it down on paper. The effect is exactly what I was looking for, with the ever-increasing 8-pointed star.
This beautiful quilt is not as complicated as it looks. There are no set-in seams (unless you choose the lemoyne star center). Many parts of the pattern are paper pieced.
Materials:
- 1.75 yards dark blue
- 0.25 yards medium blue
- 0.5 yards light blue
- 3.5 yards white
