I am the Patchsmith. I patch, applique, sew and quilt. I have been creating a life of fabric, fun and friends for many, many years. I believe a pattern should be easy to follow, with clear diagrams and full-size templates. Value is also very important to me - both in terms of fabric wastage and to the buyer. Patchwork is about sharing and that is why all my patterns are priced for everybody to afford.

As winter draws to an end the first signs of spring appear. Spring flowers poke through the soil and all through the countryside young lambs follow close behind their mothers. This mug rug with its Folk Art sheep, will remind you of the joys of spring whether it is supporting your tea and cake or hanging as a little piece of wall art above your worktable. Using quick fuse applique this pattern, like all Patchsmith patterns, comes with colour diagrams, clear instructions and full size applique sheet. So why not add a touch of folksy comfort to your home with another charming pattern from the Patchsmith.
This pattern is for personal use but permission is also granted to make this item to sell provided the item is handmade by you and you credit the Patchsmith for the design. No mass production allowed.
