Pattern Description:

This elegant wall hanging or quilt pattern features swirling carpenter star blocks reminiscent of Southern Belles swishing around in their frilly hoop skirts. This pattern is fat quarter friendly but could also be a great way to use up some of your scraps from your stash!

Red & Brown print: 1 Fat Quarter
Brown Swirl print: 1 Fat Quarter
Brown Diamond print: 1 Fat Quarter
Tan Swirl print: 1 Fat Quarter
Tan Floral print: 1 Fat Quarter
Red Solid Fabric: 3/4 yard
Cream Background Fabric: 1 1/2 yards
Batting & Backing: 45" x 45" piece of each

You Will Also Need:

Rotary Cutter, Square Rotary Ruler (with diagonals marked), and Cutting Mat
Fabric pencil or water-soluble fabric marker
Iron, Ironing Board, and Starch (if desired)
