Who doesn't love Dr. Seuss!? Let this Thing 1 and Thing 2 inspired scrappy quilt be the next thing on your list to make! Fast and easy to put together - you can get this fun quilt done in a weekend!
This pattern will take you step by step from start to finish on 2 different blocks and everything you need to know to learn machine applique. Great diagrams will easily get you visualizing what each block should look like. Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 36" x 36"
Materials:
- 11 Assorted Fat Eighths
- 2 Fat Quarters
- 1 Fat Eighth of each of the following solids: Red, Blue, White and Black
- 1/4 yd of Fusible Web (like Heat and Bond, Wonder-Under, etc.)
- 3/8 yd Binding
- 1 1/4 yd Backing
You Will Also Need:
- Thread to coordinate with fabric for topstitching machine appliques.
- Pencil
- Scissors
