Pattern Description:
This is one of the first patterns that I've developed. It was put together at a quilt retreat and the ladies loved it! In fact it's a wonderful retreat project. It goes together easily and can be done in a weekend. Makes a wonderful gift!
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 17"x42"
Materials:
- Background: 1/4 yard navy blue
- Border #1 & Prairie Points: 1/3 yard cream
- Border #2 & background: 3/4 yard light blue
- snowman & prairie points: 1/3 yard white
- Hat: 1/8 yard or fat quarter dark gold
- Holly: assorted green scraps
- Berries: 6 red 1/2" buttons
- Backing: 3/4 yard fabric
You Will Also Need:
- Batting: 20" x 44" piece or 2/3 yard
- 3/4 yard fusible transfer web or heat n bond
- thread for sewing
- brown thread for machine applique
