When choosing fabrics for this quilt, I based my selections off one of my favorite designers, Anna Maria Horner. Choosing fabrics with a more subtle shift in value that fall all over the range of the color spectrum gives the quilt the impression of a scrappy color array, with just hints of the wheelhouses and pinwheels. Making the contrast more dramatic with either prints or solids allows the pattern to take on a different dynamic (see color and size options at the end).
This quilt comes together easily, with no inset seams.

I'm a farmer's wife who quit my teaching job to stay home with my babies and discovered I love cutting up fabric to sew it back together again. :)
