Basic Skills Necessary:

  • This uses basic sewing skills, both by hand and machine.

Pattern Description:

I made this quilt for my sweet baby girl, fashioned after a tiling
project I had seen in a friend's pictures. I loved the pattern in
the tiles, and wanted to reproduce it in fabric. I'm happy to
report my baby loves her blankie!
This is a very quickly-made quilt, even when checking and
double-checking the layout for proper placement. I chose soft
flannels for the tie dye and the yellow backing, and flat cotton
duckies for the accents. The finished size of the charms is
3 1/2 inches, so please keep this in mind when choosing your
patterned fabric, to ensure your pattern shows up well!
Material needs are based on 42" fabric unless otherwise noted.

Pattern provides very detailed instructions (and basic illustrations), so new quilters can follow easily!
