Pattern Description:
It is easy to sew this block well known as a Rainbow knot. I made my own interpretation for easier sewing.
The block looks like Bow tie knot which has "Y seams" and is usually sewn by hand.
You will receive a step by step tutorial with full instructions for sewing and assembling the entire quilt.
This quilt is inspired by Don Miguel Ruiz's book, The Four Agreements. For many, The Four Agreements is a life-changing book, whose ideas come from the ancient Toltec wisdom of the native people of Southern Mexico. The Toltec were 'people of knowledge' - scientists and artists who created a society to explore and conserve the traditional spiritual knowledge and practices of their ancestors. The Toltec viewed science and spirit as part of the same entity, believing that all energy - material or ethereal - is derived from and governed by the universe.
The printed sentences here on the picture are on my native language!
The pattern includes an English version.
You can combine more blocks in a whole quilt. They make wonderful web with knots - see the last picture.

You may say there is nothing special in this block.
Imagine I have had scissors only and an old household sewing machine.
No mat. No rotary cutter. I have not seen any video how to make it easier.
I made the runner my way and began to read tips, techniques, tutorials.
At the end of last year I won first quilt competition in my country with first prize Bernina sewing machine.
Now with the power of Internet and social networks I have friends from all over the world.
I was nominated by the Modern Quilt Guild for 100 days of Modern quilting in week of composition.
My patterns are easy to sew. The pictures look primitive, because I believe that children have to cultivate their imagination. There are plenty of fabrics with perfect prints on.
