In the late 70's I discovered patchwork. It has been a wonderful journey learning the many different techniques and making dozens of quilts. Over the last decade I have had many of my designs published in Australian Quilt & Craft magazines. I hope that you enjoy making my wide range of patterns.
PLUM JAM Set. Patchwork table runner and pillow pattern. Both use the fusible applique method with hand or machine blanket stitch.
The tablerunner has a spray of flowers bordered by half-square triangles. The rectangular applique pillow has a scalloped border either side of a vase of flowers. Flower centres have been free embroidered on the machine and these steps are fully explained in the instructions. However you could omit this step. Beads are sewn in the centre of the flowers.
Full instructions are provided with full size drawings to make this patchwork and applique table runner and pillow.
These are just two of the many designs that I have had published in Australian Country crafts and country Threads magazines. I now have the pleasure of offering these patterns as instant PDF digital downloads.
This set would look equally as nice in any colour or style of fabrics.
