The Pennant is my favorite fish. It's so geometric, I find it whimsical! This design is based on a picture I took in Hawaii of a Pennant swimming by!
The traditional colors are shown, but he also finishes well in purples/teal and yellow. Use your imagination to color yours!
The outline and instructions for my technique are included.
